What products do you use?
We are proud to use the uk leading skincare brand Elemis. All of our staff are fully trained in the brand and really passionate about the results it gives.

Is there a charge for missed or cancelled appointments?
Yes. If we do not receive at least 48 hours notice for a cancellation and rescheduling of appointments there will be a 50% charge required. If you don't show for your appointment there will be a 100% charge required.

Do you offer refunds?
In most circumstances we do not offer refunds. We will do everything possible to correct the problem and work with you to make the end result something that you are really happy with.

What happens if I am late for my appointment?
We politely ask that you are on time for your appointment. If you are more than 10 minutes late we may have to shorten or change your appointment to ensure that other clients appointment aren’t affected.

Do I need a patch test?
For some treatments yes. If you have made an appointment for an eyelash tint or brow tint we ask that you come into the salon for a patch test at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. We also ask that you have a patch test prior to Microblading.

Where should I park ?
You can park in a public car park that is directly opposite the salon. The prices start from 60p for 2 hours. It has a card payment facility available.

Do you accept card payment?
Yes, we accept cash or card payments. We currently don’t accept American Express.

Do you have any disabled facilities?
Our salon is in a beautiful old building, we have a split level on the ground floor. We will help you in any way possible to enable you to visit us. Please call to discuss further.
