• What products do you use ?

    We are proud to use the uk leading skincare brand Elemis. All of our staff are fully trained in the brand and really passionate about the results it gives.

  • Do you offer refunds ?

    In most circumstances we do not offer refunds. We will do everything possible to correct the problem and work with you to make the end result something that you are really happy with.

  • What happens if I am late for my session ?

    We politely ask that you are on time for your session.If you are late, your session will still end at the allocated time and therefore, you may miss your treatment slot. 

  • Do you accept card payments

    Yes, we accept cash or card payments. We currently don’t accept American Express.


  • Do you have any disabled facilities ?

    We have a small step at the entrance to our building. Please note that our nail and pedicure rooms, as well as one treatment room, are located downstairs. If you require step free access, please let us know when booking so we can accommodate your needs wherever possible.

  • Can I cancel my booking?

    Yes, you can cancel your booking with at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the loss of your deposit. If you do not show up for your appointment, the full treatment value will be charged.

  • Do you take deposits ?

    Yes, we require a 50% deposit for all treatments. Please note, appointments will be cancelled if the deposit is not paid.

  • Lost or expired gift cards

    We know these things happen, but sadly we can’t replace lost vouchers or extend expiry dates.
